Ryan is responsible for sustaining and growing Nitor’s presence in North America, as well as working closely with clients to assist them in achieving their objectives. His experience in spend management at various levels of management provides a 360 degree view into spend management strategy and execution.

Prior to joining the Nitor Team, Ryan led procurement teams at various points along their respective spend management journeys with a focus on strategy, sourcing and technology platform consulting.

Ryan graduated from Ohio University in 2004 with a BA in Business, minoring in Economics. He completed his MBA in 2005 at the same institution.

Gary Stoddard

Gary provides leadership on the business strategy and development of Nitor. He provides clients experience across the Source-to-Pay spectrum including: spend assessment, category management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier management and procurement transformation projects.

Gary has over 20 years of procurement experience across many industries. Prior to joining Nitor, Gary had a 10-year career at Rolls-Royce where he held management positions in global procurement, supply chain operations and customer business. Gary then managed a procurement consulting firm specializing in strategy, sourcing and cost savings. Gary has extensive international experience, including managing projects in Italy, Spain, France, Israel, South Africa, England and the Americas. He has delivered significant procurement transformation programs that have improved performance, increased supply chain resilience, and delivered over $800m in sustainable savings.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business Economics from Nottingham Trent University in England.

Mani Mangalathumadam

Mani has over 18 years of source to pay experience across consulting, technology and outsourcing spanning multiple industry sectors. Mani has deep experience in end-to-end supply chain including spend analysis, strategic sourcing, category management, contract management, procurement, accounts payable, inventory management, and material planning & logistics.

Prior to joining Nitor, Mani worked and consulted for some leading global brands including Ford Motor Company, The Coca-Cola Company, KPMG, Wipro Technologies, and Cognizant Business Consulting. Mani has extensive international experience and has managed projects in Japan, EMEA, Latin America and India. He has led variety of process improvement and business transformation engagements, and has successfully managed local and global implementations in Sourcing and Procurement.

Mani holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and a CPIM certification from APICS.

John Beardall

John has extensive experience managing and participating in source-to-pay consulting projects including assessments, strategy development, transformation and organizational compliance. With over 15 years of business development, relationship management and recruiting experience in the procurement environment he is recognized for his ability to work closely with clients and find the best solution for their procurement challenges.

While in a leadership position with CCP John leveraged his unique abilities of identifying and building relationships and connections, tripling the client base and growing the organization’s offerings and operations.  John has also been an entrepreneur running his own successful consulting business.

Lynn Barras

Lynn brings over 15 years experience in the retail and consumer packaged goods industries encompassing marketing analytics, digital strategy, account management and direct marketing development .

Prior to joining Nitor, Lynn held retail marketing roles with Coty Cosmetics and Xerox focusing on product development, packaging, advertising and sales collateral creation.  With Acxiom Corporation she was part of a team driving clients to achieve direct marketing success through consumer segmentation, targeted marketing campaigns and ROI analyses.

Lynn holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from Kent State University.
