Practice Leader – Organizational Change Management
Doug leads Nitor’s Change Management practice and brings over 25 years of experience in organizational development and change management leadership. His experience in creating and executing enterprise change initiatives combined with his expertise in developing leaders and improving productivity at all levels of the organization ensures a holistic view of change and growth.
Prior to joining the Nitor team, Doug held organizational development roles in the financial services, engineering, and the services industries.
Doug holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Education from The Ohio State University. In addition, he holds numerous certifications in industry-leading tools and assessments.
Practice Leader – Deployment
Bob is a seasoned procurement consulting professional with experience across the source to pay spectrum. He brings particular focus to each discipline, including sourcing, contract management and compliance, supplier management, and P2P. Bob applies his process management expertise, functional knowledge and strong project management skills to help procurement departments achieve their technology and transformation goals.
Prior to joining Nitor, Bob held leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase and Franklin University with a focus on end-to-end Procurement.
Bob holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Franklin University for Process Management. He also serves as the current President of ISM-Central Ohio.
Practice Leader – Source-to-Pay Technology
Mark has over 20 years of procurement consulting and enterprise software related experience. He has worked in a variety of functions including application development, implementation, QA, business development and software sales. Mark is a delivery focused executive who has consistently produced results through goal setting, decision making, hard work and unyielding focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Prior to joining Nitor, Mark held leadership roles at Accenture and Ariba with a focus on Procure to Pay (P2P) functional design and Supplier Enablement.
Mark holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Miami University of Ohio.
