Tony Bailey – Upstream

Tony has over ten years of international experience in spend analysis, strategic sourcing, category management and contract negotiations, covering both indirect and direct categories. He has become recognized for his knowledge of the upstream Source-to-Pay elements, project leadership and relationship building.

Prior to joining Nitor, Tony worked as a Vice President, Sourcing and Procurement for JP Morgan Chase where he led Corporate Shared Service's projects across the globe. After leaving the USAF as a Captain, Tony began his consulting career with Procurian, where his focus was Global Category Management, Strategic Sourcing and Lean Six Sigma process improvements. He also has sourcing and category management experience in the pharmaceutical industry during his time at Midlothian Laboratories.

Tony holds a Master of Science degree in International Relations with a Chinese Emphasis from Troy University in Troy, AL and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Carson-Newman University in Jefferson City, TN.

Katie Hillegas – Enablement

Katie has over 15 years of experience in the Procurement field working with labor market trends. Katie started with eProcurement implementations at the inception of eProcurement systems for temporary labor over 10 years ago, assisting in the development of standard processes as demand and volume grew. She has been recognized for leadership skills and resource management ability, balancing consistent process improvement for a team of Project Managers implementing multiple clients.

Katie holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Colby Sawyer College.

Doug Justus – Change Management

Doug leads Nitor’s Change Management practice and brings over 25 years experience in organizational development and change management leadership. His experience in creating and executing enterprise change initiatives combined with his expertise in developing leaders and improving productivity at all levels of the organization ensures a holistic view of change and growth.

Prior to joining the Nitor team, Doug held organizational development roles in the financial services, engineering, and the services industries.

Doug holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Education from The Ohio State University. In addition, he holds numerous certifications in industry-leading tools and assessments.

Danielle Kimball – Downstream

Danielle has over 12 years of experience in the Procurement field. She has held various roles within the Purchasing space ranging from Account Manager/Buyer to Global Head of Procurement. She has been recognized in the field for her project leadership, long-term supplier relationships, and focus on long term growth and success.

Before coming on board at Nitor, Danielle spent significant time in the financial industry in New York City where she managed the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing management of her firm's global requisition to payment process. Her implementation success enabled her to travel overseas to Europe and Asia where she worked to develop business processes based on local requirements in each region.

Danielle attended SUNY New Paltz and holds a degree in Marketing.

Mark Kurtz – Strategy

Mark has over 20 years of consulting and enterprise software related experience. He has worked in a variety of functions including application development, implementation, QA, business development and software sales. Mark is a delivery focused executive who has consistently produced results through goal setting, decision making, hard work and unyielding focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Prior to joining Nitor, Mark held leadership roles at Accenture and Ariba with a focus on Procure to Pay functional design and Supplier Enablement.

Mark holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Miami University of Ohio.

Kathleen Mazur – Program Support

Kathleen Mazur is a seasoned project and support manager with a 25+ year portfolio of success delivering corporate enhancements with extensive knowledge of operations and procurement practices. Kathleen utilizes her exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to serve in an advisory capacity for policy, strategy and future state design during technology implementations across Nitor’s client base.

Prior to joining Nitor, Kathleen worked for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company where, in her role as a Senior Program Manager for Source-to-Pay, she was responsible for establishing the strategic direction for Goodyear’s North American procurement system platforms in order to increase user adoption and improve contract and policy compliance. In addition, she was part of two global procurement teams where she developed and implemented a standardized global strategic sourcing process and defined Purchasing’s master data strategy.

Kathleen holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business from Miami University of Ohio.

Jaideep Mulchandani – Application Integration

Jaideep has over eight years of experience in Integration Technologies & eProcurement solutions including Procure to Pay (P2P) with Services Procurement, Travel & Expense, Sourcing and Contracts Management, and Compliance.

Prior to Nitor, Jaideep spent significant time as a customer-focused senior consultant with a solid background on delivering full lifecycle implementations of global eProcurement solutions in a wide range of industries. His abilities helped clients realize significant cost savings by proposing excellent business solutions, reengineering business processes, and improving spend visibility through feasible technical solutions.

Jaideep holds a Masters of Science (C.S.) degree from University of Houston-ClearLake, USA and Bachelors of Engineering (I.T.) from North Gujarat University, India.
