Ryan Walicki – Partner

Ryan is responsible for sustaining and growing Nitor’s presence in North America, as well as working closely with clients to assist them in achieving their objectives. His experience in spend management at various levels of management provides a 360 degree view into spend management strategy and execution.

Prior to joining the Nitor Team, Ryan led procurement teams at various points along their respective spend management journeys; with a focus on strategy, sourcing and technology platform consulting.

Ryan graduated from Ohio University in 2004 with a BA in Business, minoring in Economics. He completed his MBA in 2005 at the same institution.

Gary Stoddard – Partner

Gary provides leadership on the business strategy and development of Nitor. He provides clients experience across the Source-to-Pay spectrum including: spend assessment, category management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier management and procurement transformation projects.

Gary has over 17 years of procurement experience across many industries. Prior to joining Nitor, Gary had a 10-year career at Rolls-Royce where he held management positions in global procurement, supply chain operations and customer business. Gary then managed a procurement consulting firm specializing in strategy, sourcing and cost savings. Gary has extensive international experience, including managing projects in Italy, Spain, France, Israel, South Africa, England and the Americas. He has delivered significant procurement transformation programs that have improved performance, increased supply chain resilience, and delivered over $600m in sustainable savings.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business Economics from Nottingham Trent University in England.

Doug Blossey – Partner

Doug has 20+ years of supply chain, procurement and spend management experience as a practitioner, solutions provider and consultant. In his role at Nitor, Doug works with clients to define, build and deliver their best-in-class Spend Management programs to drive savings to the bottom-line.

Prior to joining Nitor, Doug held leadership positions at KeyBank, National City Bank, Ariba and Accenture. Doug’s most recent role was the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) for KeyBank. In this role, Doug enabled the overall KeyBank Procurement strategy to reduce the total cost of ownership from third party spend and support a global delivery/business model, while optimizing risk-reward with Key's third party providers.

Throughout his career, Doug has been a Spend Management leader and has shared his knowledge by speaking at external events, participating in leadership forums, developing Spend Management solutions, operational frameworks and building high-performing teams.

Doug received a BS degree in Finance from Miami University.
