Jack Mulloy – Advisor

Jack is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and led four different companies. He launched Nitor in 2003 and built Nitor into the leading Procurement Consulting firm in North America.  Today, Jack serves as advisor, evangelist, and mentor within the company as the Nitor team continues to deliver transformational Procurement services to dozens of Fortune 500 clients.

Jack holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University & Eastern European University (Budapest, Hungary); he completed his undergraduate studies at Miami University.

 

Clark Khayat, JD – Advisor

Clark Khayat is Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and a member of KeyBank’s Executive Leadership Team. At Key, Clark focuses on identifying growth and new business initiatives; overseeing Key’s strategic planning and performance management processes; and developing opportunities to drive efficiency and improve productivity. In addition, Clark works with the Executive Team and lines of business to identify and execute on acquisitions and divestitures that further advance Key’s strategic priorities.

Clark's unique skill set spans business, law, consulting, and investment banking. Clark has a bachelor's degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Sam Thomas, PhD – Advisor

Dr. Sam Thomas PhD is a member of the Banking and Finance faculty at the Weatherhead School of Management of Case Western Reserve University. He teaches in the Weatherhead MBA, MS, and Undergraduate programs. His research and consulting activities focus on the practice of investment science and valuation. His notable expertise is in integrating the global macro business cycle with practices in corporate finance strategy and investments strategy.

Dr. Thomas is active in the research and development activities of financial advisors and money managers and is known for his ability to materially integrate academic research with product development. His recent projects incorporate innovations in the design of life-long portfolio construction and portfolio draw-downs that integrate asset allocation with phases of the business cycle in a manner that is compatible with investment objectives.

Dr. Thomas is a frequent contributor to conferences of institutional investor groups around the world and has served as a Senior Research Fellow at several research and development institutes. Dr. Thomas designed India's first monthly consumer confidence index and several other survey based macro indices.

Dr. Thomas received his master's and PhD degrees in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, his MBA from the College of William and Mary, and his MA (Hons) in Economics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science. Dr. Thomas has won six teaching excellence awards at the Weatherhead School of Management. Dr. Thomas serves as an advisor or board member to several entities run by his alumni.
